The full line up of this year’s spaced out Art Car Boot Fair artists has finally been announced, although in our experience, there’s always a couple more names that will sneak on to the already packed bill before the day arrives. We did bring you the announcement of this year’s event on these pages some time ago, the much anticipated line up has only been announced today though, twenty one and a bit days from blast off at Kings Cross, London on Saturday September 7th.

Of course the Art Car Boot Fair isn’t just about the art, it isn’t just another art fair, it is an artist-friendly properly curated artist-led thing, it is a brilliant chance to buy directly from artists rather than via galleries and the cut they take, it is a chance to engage with the artists and get that piece of art at a price you won’t find anywhere else, but is also an art party and it is as much about the music, the atmosphere, the people watching, the dancing, the late afternoon chaos, the fun and games, it is a day when art lets her hair down, a day to dance with friends and have a brilliant time, I love taking part in the Art Car Boot Fair and space is the place, art excites….
