Another quick couple of Monday morning parish notice things: First up, the rather wholesome looking and positively sounding Loud Woman festival is coming up in a couple of weeks, looks like they’re going to kick out a serious bag load of energy over at always rather energetic venue knows as D.I.Y Space for London. It all happens on Saturday Spetember 2nd, here’s the video trailer thing, and down there you’ll find the line up and the event links and such…..

Second up some more of those excellent Ponies Against Patriarchy paintings from artist Emma Harvey, she painted a small series of canvases earlier this year for the London leg of the 2017 Art Car Boot Fair, they sold straight away of course, she’s painted another couple or so for the Folkestone leg of this year’s Art Car Boot Fair that happens on the Harbour front on Saturday September 2nd. These are probably the last ponies she’ll paint, she’s rather busy with those circular oil paintings at the moment and once she’s done something then she’s on to the next thing (she’s forever being asked for more Art Tarts)
