Do we need an Organ Thing of The Day today? It has been a rather busy day, it has been a rather busy week, sometimes, on some days, during particularly busy weeks there just isn’t the time…

We have had the new Spratleys album here for a month or two now, the review is written, we are just waiting for them to get all their ducks in line or at least point in the same directio. They have just share this rather fine thing which indeed shall do rather nicely as our Thing of The Day today, Jade, a beautiful piece of music you will find on the new album Bloom later this year….

“Spratleys return to the stage in September 2026 to celebrate the reissue of Tim Smith’s Spratleys Pony and the long-awaited new album Bloom out on ATE Music this Summer 2026.

Bloom began taking form in 2016 when Tim Smith’s Spratleys Japs took to the stage for the first time as a live band with Tim in attendance at almost all of their sold out shows. Spratleys last live performances were on the Sing To Tim tour of 2024″.

Spratleys and Panixphere will be on tour in September 2026; 11th The Garage London, 12th Ambers Manchester and 13th Brudenell Leeds

Jade performed live at Temple of Boom, Westbury, England. Spratleys are in this case Jo Spratley – vocals, Étienne Rodes – guitar, Adrien Rodes – keys, Benjamin Reed – drums, Jesse Cutts – bass. Jade was written by Étienne Rodes and Spratleys with “extra wormbs by Tim Smith”

ATE Music is “a new record label bought to you by Jo Spratley and Bic Hayes, the initiators and management team behind the Sing To Tim tours of 2024.
2026 promises to be a big year for ATE Music. Expect albums/podcasts/ merchandise and more glorious ATE Music shows”.
