Cultivate presents ReCultivate? An on-line art exhibition…

It should be simple really, we’re just putting together an online exhibition and a collection of images of people’s art, the work of artists who excites us, art we wish to share. What were doing here is sharing the art and then saying to you, the viewer, “hey look, exciting art, exciting artists, here it is, here’s the links to those artists, please explore the show then please go to those all important links”. The links that take you to the artists are found at the foot of the page, the point here is that you do go explore more, you do go and connect, go “like”, follow”, go engage directly.   We’re going to resist the temptation to write one of those wordy introductions, you’ve got the art, you don’t need words, you don’t need all the art speak. ReCultivate is a carefully curated show of invited artists from all over the land and indeed the globe, the show has once more been put together by Cultivate founders Emma Harvey and Sean Worrall, we are first and foremost working artists and this latest show, our 160th, is brought to you at the start of Cultivate’s tenth year. Most of our shows over the previous nine years have been physical things in actual buildings full of art and alive with people, right now Covid and lockdown means we have to do everything on line, not perfect, buy hey, let’s embrace it, let’s go with it. Art excites, sharing art excites, reaching out beyond London excites, welcome to ReCultivate, the first show of Cultivate’s defiant tenth year of sharing art. We’re as excited by it all as we were on day one, thanks for coming to have a look, thank you so so much… (sw)

And that was it, a sixth on-line show during these strange locked-down times.  A big big thanks to anyone and everyone who has visited the exhibition, a big big thanks to all involved in the show. None of the artists were charged a submission fee or anthing else, everything here was done for free, all our time and effort.

And if you do feel like making a small donation – We bring all this art, music and underculture to you for free, we really don’t want to clutter up our pages with annoying adverts, no one wants that, but it does take up a lot of time, hours and hours of time. If you should feel like supporting Organ/Cultivate (for it is one in the same) by making a small donation to help keep all this flowing that would be delightful, thank you.
